The dossier presents the evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, based in Deerfield, Ill, deliberately, willfully and knowingly, sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus -- supplied by the World Health Organization, Geneva, Switzerland -- in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four countries. This evidence offer clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapon on the planet in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass deaths.
Scientific evidence is given for believing that the bird flu virus and swine flu virus have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by WHO and other government agencies, among others. This ―Swine flu‖ virus is a hybrid of part ―swine flu‖, part human flu and part bird flu. Something like that can only come from a laboratory, according to experts.
