Mind you, this is 2021 and the brochure is for Agenda 2021; what don't they want you to know??

On page 2 of Agenda 21, under "Methodology" it says:

"A decision was made to report only on a selection of issues, since the purpose is only to give a preview or glimpse into the national implementation of Agenda 21 for which information is sufficiently available..."

In other words, the U.N. is making available to the public only what THEY want the public to know.

Tuesday, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the Public Nuisance Bill into law. It allows the state or cities to sue gun manufacturers.

The law was among of a host of other steps Governor Andrew Cuomo took on Tuesday aimed at addressing the growing number of shootings throughout the state.

The article went on to say:

“The only industry in the United States of America immune from lawsuits are the gun manufacturers, thanks the George W. Bush and the NRA,” said Governor Andrew Cuomo.

The immunity came in the form of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. It was signed into law in 2005.

Only industry immune from lawsuits?

That would be an out and out lie; and as an attorney who has been involved in politics for many years and did such a fantastic job with the COVID crisis (in his own mind), I find it hard to believe that Cuomo would actually believe that statement to be true...sounds like some more Cuomo b/s to explain away his governmental overreach.

The fact is that the pharmaceutical companies are also immune from lawsuits.

In December 2005, George W. Bush also signed the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act).

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act of 2005 (PREP Act) authorizes the secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to issue a declaration that provides immunity from tort liability for claims of loss caused by countermeasures (e.g., vaccines, drugs, products) against diseases or other threats of public health emergencies.

The PREP Act added new authorities under the Public Health Service Act to address concerns about potential liability associated with the development and administration of countermeasures.

Vaccine manufacturers lobbied for the legislation, which would effectively preempt state vaccine safety laws in the case of an emergency declaration by HHS, by making clear they would not produce new vaccines unless the legislation was enacted.


So, the fact is, we actually have an unelected person, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), who has the sole authority to give immunity from prosecution to any pharmaceutical company with the click of a pen.

In March 2020, Alex Azar, the former Secretary of Health and Human Services invoked the Act to cover the COVID plan-demic.

Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19

"The Secretary is issuing this Declaration pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public Health Service Act to provide liability immunity for activities related to medical countermeasures against COVID-19."

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) to issue a Declaration to provide liability immunity to certain individuals and entities (Covered Persons) against any claim of loss caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the manufacture, distribution, administration, or use of medical countermeasures (Covered Countermeasures), except for claims involving “willful misconduct” as defined in the PREP Act. This Declaration is subject to amendment as circumstances warrant.

Immune to lawsuits

In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.

That means that for the next four years, these companies “cannot be sued for money damages in court” over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against Covid.

HHS declined CNBC’s request for an interview.

So now, the initial PREP Act of 2005 has been amended to specifically include COVID vaccines until 2024!

Based on Cuomo's logic, I guess we should blame the George W. Scherf (Bush) dynasty that initiated the PREP Act in 2005; the pharmaceutical companies; threats from manufacturers; and lobbyists' money as the reason for the immunity granted for an experimental vaccine that is associated with "real" deaths and reactions that are barely reported in the fake news media.

Hiring more police officers could help the situation, but he made no mention of that.

According to Conservative Brief news, Cuomo then went into a "a rant aimed at Donald Trump for some reason, as if he is the cause of the Democrat run state being a hotbed for gun violence after decades of relative peace under Mayors Rudy Giuliani and Mike Bloomberg."

Yesterday, I received a message from Marilyn. I have to say, Marilyn is a real trooper and is not at all shy. She brightens my day every time I hear from her!

Marilyn felt it was high time that these companies that are run by the far left answer as to why they have been dropping the My Pillow product line.

Marilyn found out it was not because people were no longer purchasing the items, but because the owner does not like Donald Trump!

Of course, Marilyn already knew that before she entered the store, she just wanted to get it on the record.

Anyway, Marilyn wrote:

I stopped at Kohl's today

Wanted to see about 'something'

I asked 5 Kohl ermployees, behind the counter where I would find the My Pillows & was told Kohl's no longer carries them

Why don't you carry them?

4 of 5 employees were very evasive saying they did not know

1 young man told the truth:

We stopped carrying my pillows because 'The Creator voted for Donald Trump'

I asked to speak to the mgr & allowed both to listen to the video & said

"You mean to tell me you are not going to take care of my shopping needs as a customer, because of the political leanings of the creator of a product I love?

I blogged about the Florida condo collapse back on July 1, 2021 writing that Biden's Energy Secretary was quoted in the New York Post and on CNN as believing the collapse of the condos in Florida was partly due to climate change.

The Climate Change pinup girl, Greta Thunberg, was also featured on my blog as finally telling the truth; Climate Change doesn’t exist...it’s a bigger hoax than Covid!

 
I also mentioned that there are eyewitness videos online, if you know where to look, that show a very different story (WARNING...some of the language is a little rough!:

I have looked at a lot of videos over the last several months. The story now being used for the condo collapse...inspectors in the building shortly before the day of the collapse...is the same story that was used in the 9/11 scenario.

There were indeed inspectors in the Twin Towers shortly before the planes supposedly hit the towers; they from the Mossad; they were recorded on security cameras planting explosives.

The Twin Towers was a controlled demolition done by the Mossad and the cabal (the father/son Bush team, Rumsfeld and others).

There were no planes that hit the Twin Towers or the Pentagon nor did a plane crash in a field in Pennsylvania.

The collapse of the Twin Towers looks very much like the Florida condos that collapsed last week.

The story of the Twin Towers is yet to be truthfully told, but it will be told in its entirety very soon; we deserve to know the truth.

However, my bet is on the fact that the collapse of the condos in Florida was a false flag to try to \get the "dead man's switch" supposedly kept in several locations by John McAfee, the creator of McAfee software who was recently reported as dead from an apparent suicide in a Barcelona jail cell. John McAfee is reported to have a condo in the Champlain Towers.

McAfee often claimed to "have it all" referring to information he obtained from people using his software; even Hillary was using McAfee software on her computers.

Does he really have it all? I am guessing we will soon find out!

One thing I think we can safely say is...the collapse of the condos was not due to climate change!

The New York Post reports that Biden's Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm is partly blaming the collapse of the condos in Florida due to climate change.

Jennifer is also on CNN speculating on whether climate change may have caused the building to collapse in Florida!

Come on, Jenny, you can come up with a better story than that. Remember, there are videos on the web taken by witnesses that seem to contradict what is being said by you and the fake news media!

Obviously, a script has been sent out to all involved with the lies; it's more "believable" if everyone says the same thing. The "deplorables" will never know the difference!!

Some donors sticking with Cuomo after harassment allegations

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo's political star was dimmed by allegations he sexually harassed women and misled the public about COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes. But will that hurt him with campaign donors?

At least some donors say they are sticking with him.

“Yes I am,” said Larry Rockefeller, the Republican nephew of former Gov. Nelson Rockefeller and great-grandson of Standard Oil founder John D. Rockefeller. He has donated nearly $166,000 to Cuomo since 2009. Rockefeller cited Cuomo's leadership during the pandemic, on the environment and on public works like the redevelopment of Penn Station, and LaGuardia Airport.

Only $166,000 to Cuomo...I bet if we go down the rabbit hole, we would find much more than $166,000.
