Tuesday, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the Public Nuisance Bill into law. It allows the state or cities to sue gun manufacturers.

The law was among of a host of other steps Governor Andrew Cuomo took on Tuesday aimed at addressing the growing number of shootings throughout the state.

The article went on to say:

“The only industry in the United States of America immune from lawsuits are the gun manufacturers, thanks the George W. Bush and the NRA,” said Governor Andrew Cuomo.

The immunity came in the form of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. It was signed into law in 2005.

Only industry immune from lawsuits?

That would be an out and out lie; and as an attorney who has been involved in politics for many years and did such a fantastic job with the COVID crisis (in his own mind), I find it hard to believe that Cuomo would actually believe that statement to be true...sounds like some more Cuomo b/s to explain away his governmental overreach.

The fact is that the pharmaceutical companies are also immune from lawsuits.

In December 2005, George W. Bush also signed the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act).

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act of 2005 (PREP Act) authorizes the secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to issue a declaration that provides immunity from tort liability for claims of loss caused by countermeasures (e.g., vaccines, drugs, products) against diseases or other threats of public health emergencies.

The PREP Act added new authorities under the Public Health Service Act to address concerns about potential liability associated with the development and administration of countermeasures.

Vaccine manufacturers lobbied for the legislation, which would effectively preempt state vaccine safety laws in the case of an emergency declaration by HHS, by making clear they would not produce new vaccines unless the legislation was enacted.


So, the fact is, we actually have an unelected person, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), who has the sole authority to give immunity from prosecution to any pharmaceutical company with the click of a pen.

In March 2020, Alex Azar, the former Secretary of Health and Human Services invoked the Act to cover the COVID plan-demic.

Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19

"The Secretary is issuing this Declaration pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public Health Service Act to provide liability immunity for activities related to medical countermeasures against COVID-19."

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) to issue a Declaration to provide liability immunity to certain individuals and entities (Covered Persons) against any claim of loss caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the manufacture, distribution, administration, or use of medical countermeasures (Covered Countermeasures), except for claims involving “willful misconduct” as defined in the PREP Act. This Declaration is subject to amendment as circumstances warrant.

Immune to lawsuits

In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.

That means that for the next four years, these companies “cannot be sued for money damages in court” over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against Covid.

HHS declined CNBC’s request for an interview.

So now, the initial PREP Act of 2005 has been amended to specifically include COVID vaccines until 2024!

Based on Cuomo's logic, I guess we should blame the George W. Scherf (Bush) dynasty that initiated the PREP Act in 2005; the pharmaceutical companies; threats from manufacturers; and lobbyists' money as the reason for the immunity granted for an experimental vaccine that is associated with "real" deaths and reactions that are barely reported in the fake news media.

He said that “people are not coming back to this city — they are not coming back to any city — until they know it’s safe.”

Hiring more police officers could help the situation, but he made no mention of that.

He said he wants to treat gun violence like an “emergency public health issue” and is going to use “data and science” to focus on shooting “hotspots.”

“We also want to form a council on gun-violence prevention, that gets your minds at the table to develop a strategy and the laws that we need to make a difference,” the governor said.

“Everything is on the table. We all want the same thing, and that’s what we’re going to do,” he said.

According to Conservative Brief news, Cuomo then went into a "a rant aimed at Donald Trump for some reason, as if he is the cause of the Democrat run state being a hotbed for gun violence after decades of relative peace under Mayors Rudy Giuliani and Mike Bloomberg."

Playing the "blame game".  Actually, I don't believe it will be safe to return to New York until you are officially no longer Governor!

It turns out that defector Dong Jingwei has all the goods and was being vetted by DIA for months.

The FBI; CIA; Anthony Blinken; and Biden's DOJ had no idea Jong even defected here.

The fact that Dong defected and went into the custody of the DIA and not the CIA puts Dong under US military custody; that should be a bombshell everywhere. The fake news media should be all over this report...where are they?

Some donors sticking with Cuomo after harassment allegations

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo's political star was dimmed by allegations he sexually harassed women and misled the public about COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes. But will that hurt him with campaign donors?

At least some donors say they are sticking with him.

“Yes I am,” said Larry Rockefeller, the Republican nephew of former Gov. Nelson Rockefeller and great-grandson of Standard Oil founder John D. Rockefeller. He has donated nearly $166,000 to Cuomo since 2009. Rockefeller cited Cuomo's leadership during the pandemic, on the environment and on public works like the redevelopment of Penn Station, and LaGuardia Airport.

Only $166,000 to Cuomo...I bet if we go down the rabbit hole, we would find much more than $166,000.

The FDA has significant concerns that the performance of the test has not been adequately established, presenting a risk to health. In addition, labeling distributed with certain configurations of the test includes performance claims that did not accurately reflect the performance estimates observed during the clinical studies of the tests. Finally, the test has not been authorized, cleared, or approved by the FDA for commercial distribution or use in the United States, as required by law."

The Innova SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Qualitative Test is also distributed under the names Innova COVID-19 Self-Test Kit (3T Configuration), Innova SARS-CoV-2-Antigen Rapid Qualitative Test (7T Configuration), and Innova SARS-CoV-2-Antigen Rapid Qualitative Test (25T Configuration).

On April 23, 2021, Innova Medical Group recalled their Innova SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Qualitative Test. The FDA has identified this recall as a Class I recall, the most serious type of recall.

The FDA has serious concerns about the performance of the SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kit and the Leccurate SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography) and believes there is likely a high risk of false results when using these tests. Neither test has been authorized, cleared or approved by FDA for distribution and use in the United States.

Lepu Medical Technology is recalling their SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kit and their Leccurate SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Rapid Test Kit (Colloidal Gold Immunochromatography). The FDA is aware that these unauthorized tests were distributed to pharmacies to be sold for at-home testing by consumers as well as offered for sale directly to consumers.

The only media I could find the article on was in the Daily Mail, a British publication...Americans are told to STOP using controversial rapid Covid test that Britain has spent £2.8BILLION on because it doesn't work as well as manufacturer claims!

To be honest, the only reason I knew about it was because an ANON, who happens to be a nurse, sent a video to the Patriots warning them about the email she just received from the FDA regarding the June 10, 2021 warning. I found the May 28, 2021 warning after doing a search on the FDA website:

Picente and Miscione never questioned the reasoning behind shuttering our businesses; pushing experimental vaccines that have been proven to be harmful to many [and perhaps there are more side affects yet to be detected from these "experimental" vaccines]; social distancing; closing our schools and the mandating of masks which studies have shown caused a significant increase in suicides in our young people.

All elected officials need to be held accountable; they seem to have lost their way! Perhaps it is time to show them the door!

I did a few searches within this batch of emails and also the first batch of emails I received which I posted a few days ago.

There appeared to be a lot of emails with the name "Gates" and Trevor Mundel.

Trevor Mundel "manages the Gates foundation’s disease-specific R&D investments in HIV, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Pneumonia, Enteric and Diarrheal Diseases, and Neglected Tropical Diseases" for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The word "surveillance" also seems to appear quite often as in Artificial Intelligence. They were looking for "a comprehensive surveillance system for COVID-19", and "supplemental health system based on Al and mobile technology".

Please read this email and put the pieces together. They wanted to track you for COVID by using pictures and monitoring your respiratory system; note your location; and keep track of everyone you have contact with to notify them to quarantine.

There is no mention of you contacting your doctor because you are having symptoms or you first being tested by your doctor to determine if you have COVID. The AI will determine if you have COVID. I don't know about you, but a surveillance project created by Fraudsie and Gates is very scary to me! Also, please note that they have actually been building FEMA camps.
