Gadaffi tried to warn the world...

In his final speech to the UN, Gadaffi tried to warn the world that a malign group was planning to create a "pandemic" and then to offer up the "cure" for vast profits.

He was brutally murdered after this.

Despite the West's tyrannical characterization of Gadaffi, he is celebrated throughout Africa as a great leader who resisted colonial rule and raised the living standards and education of his citizens to be the highest in Africa, and one of the highest in the World.

Do you think the more than a year of executive orders and lockdowns with Cuomo's arbitrary and capricious choosing which businesses remained open and thrived while others were forced to close (essential vs. non-essential) was a violation of the Constitution?

On January 6, 2021, Pence knowingly counted electoral votes that were derived from criminal activity rigging elections to install a Chinese puppet president, that was TREASON as defined in the Constitution!

Pence, a pedophile along with his wife, was being blackmailed by the cabal. He folded; perhaps he was not aware of how much documentation there was that could be used against him in a military tribunal.

All members of the House were made aware that waiting for a 10-day review of the election was legally and constitutionally the right thing to do. They were all provided with documentation prior to the vote showing that there was election fraud.

Only a handful of our elected representatives did the right thing to deny accepting the electoral college votes that day.

Ergo, the vast majority of the House committed treason on January 6, 2021. They are now trying to divert their improprieties by claiming that Trump led a group of his supporters to an insurrection that killed five (5) people. Claims that can easily be disproven when all the videos of that day are released and people in the group are identified.

The truth is about to be released. Who will be left standing when everything is out in the open???

Richard was on a roll all day and night...

Started with the spotting of a Marine Night Hawk flying overhead yesterday about 9:18 a.m. on April 20, 2021:

Richard wrote, "One helo spotted this am coming up the Anacostia river, entering the title basin, heading towards the Washington monument."

We didn't hear any more from Richard until about 5:46 p.m. when he posted another video:

Richard wrote, "The Police are still staging. The verdict is out. doesn’t look like there will be any protests. Guilty on all charges show. Here is the latest from Washington."

Guess the police were expecting something to happen in D.C. Someone must have got their signals crossed because it would appear that the police were expecting riots!:

Wow, I think Richard was the loudest person there! Stress must be getting to him, but I think our Richard prevented riots that were going to be staged in D.C. whether Chauvin was found innocent or guilty! Why else would all the media be there with cameras ready to roll? Good job, Richard...we owe you one! LOL

Then, the first thing this morning Richard sent us a video showing people gathering as the audit of the 2020 election results takes place in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania:

Looks pretty peaceful to me. Audits are taking place or have already taken place in several blue states.

This election was not about fixing the economy; trade; borders; military; protecting our children, etc. all so another corrupt politician or "insider" can simply undo it!

What is going on in D.C. tonight....

Tonight, April 19, 2021, Patriots Day, nonetheless, Richard Citizen Journalist just sent a video with police all over parts of Washington D.C. Richard tried to find out why, but the police would not give any clues. Why would a bunch of public servants be standing around instead of patrolling? What were they expecting to happen; another pretend riot?

According to Richard,

"Why? What are all these police staged here? The whole city which is empty and is crawling with police tonight why? More video to come on this shortly."

Another incident happened at the beginning of April, Richard sent us a video in which the police seemed to be rather quick to put Richard in handcuffs for no apparent reason other than they didn't like him asking questions and making statements regarding their not wearing masks as mandated by Biden. The charge they said was for being disrespectful; guess the First Amendment only protects you if you are being nice and not asking questions. They all know Richard; he has been videotaping for almost a year. Apparently, someone in D.C. doesn't like the truth being recorded!

For the record, I was detained in cuffs for well over an hour- I was NOT arrested.

Months have passed, where most of you don't know, that the harrassment I've experienced in D.C. has been very real. IE: Followed, Harrassed, Vehicles Impounded, and much much much more... yet I am still on this mission to report the TRUTH in D.C. and beyond.

I truly appreciate all of your support, loyalty and your prayers.

My Freedom of Speech was completely stripped yesterday, if you find that acceptable you don't belong here.

I thought the police were extending the capitol perimeter when I encountered them saluting just after the event. Things happen quick here. I rarely know what’s happening prior to me encountering it.

What is going on in D.C.? Who are they protecting...what don't they want reported? Who is giving the orders to go after Richard? This is in America; it is absolutely disgraceful! They are giving police a bad name!

If you were reading New Hartford NY Online, you should know by now that our current government is corrupt and they have no intentions of changing. It's very true, power certainly does corrupt in our town.

More recently, for instance...

On March 16, 2021, I sent a FOIL request to the town clerk's office:

It is my understanding that on the evening of February 10, 2021, the town board adopted a local law to amend the town’s current solar energy law. Therefore, I would like to FOIL:

• A dated copy of the amended law that was presented to the town board

• A copy of the town board resolution setting a date for the Public Hearing

• A copy of the Planning Board report to the town board regarding said proposed local law

• A copy of the Public Hearing notice as it appeared in the Observer Dispatch

• A copy of the town board resolution adopting the amended solar law

• A copy of the filing of the amended solar law which was sent to the New York State Department of State (Secretary of State)

Please send this information to me electronically.

As afforded me under the Freedom of Information Law, Section 89(3)(a), I am requesting certification to the fact that any and all information provided to me is a correct copy and/or any information not provided to me is because the town does not have possession of such record or that such record cannot be found after diligent search.”

The request was for current information, yet, to date, all I have received is a seven page document, with no date, that has been identified as the new solar law. Almost a month later, they have been unable or unwilling to provide any further infomation or provide me with the requested certification that nothing exists.

Should I believe that they adopted a seven page document without ever running it by the people for comment as required by law? If so, I would probably have to believe that it was just more convenient for Miscione to push the legislation through so he can start the process of retaining someone he knows to put up a couple of solar farms.

Word to the wise though, if I was Miscione, I would start researching Nikola Tesla and his work on "free energy" before investing too much taxpayer money on solar; I believe Mr. Tesla's work is going to make solar energy obsolete very soon or so I have been told.

I actually have an old FOILed document regarding Mr. Tesla; the FOIL request was made by none other than John Trump...Donald Trump's father. I do believe that Donald is on board with this...just saying!

I love Donald Trump because he loves talking directly to the people! What a refreshing change we are all about to witness!

One last note, soon I plan to create a new blog with all the old bullshit that Miscione probably hopes you might forget in this his re- election year.

Most American people do not know that there are two Constitutions in the United States; the first Constitution was penned by the leaders of the newly independent states of the United States in 1776.

On July 4, 1776, the people claimed their independence from Britain and Democracy was born. For 95 years the United States people were free and independent.

But, after the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Benjamin Franklin warned:

Our freedom ended in 1871 when the original “Constitution for the united states for America” was changed to the “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”.

Since 1871, the United States president and the United States Congress has been playing politics under a different set of rules and policies.

Congress realized that the country was in dire financial straits, so they made a financial deal with the devil – international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London) thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers. The conniving international bankers were not about to lend the floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a way of taking back control of the United States and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed. With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia.

With the passage of “the Act of 1871” a city state (a state within a state) called the District of Columbia located on 10 sq miles of land in the heart of Washington was formed with its own flag and its own independent constitution – the United States’ secret second constitution.

The constitution for the District of Columbia operates under tyrannical Vatican law known as “Lex Fori” (local law). When congress passed the act of 1871 it created a separate corporation known as THE UNITED STATES and corporate government for the District of Columbia. This treasonous act has unlawfully allowed the District of Columbia to operate as a corporation outside the original constitution of the United States and in total disregard of the best interests of the American citizens.

What did the Act of 1871 achieve?

The ACT of 1871 put the United States back under British rule (which is under Vatican rule). The United States people lost their independence in 1871.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the constitution of the incorporated UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic. It does not! Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring to a legal document. This seemingly “minor” alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans. What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government.

Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the organic Constitution, we the people now have “relative” rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a “privilege” that requires citizens to be licensed – driver’s licenses and Passports. By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution. The Act of 1871 became the FOUNDATION of all the treason since committed by government officials.

As of 1871 the United States isn’t a Country; It’s a Corporation! In preparation for stealing America, the puppets of Britain’s banking cabal had already created a second government, a Shadow Government designed to manage what “the people” believed was a democracy, but what really was an incorporated UNITED STATES. Together this chimera, this two-headed monster, disallowed “the people” all rights of sui juris. [you, in your sovereignty]

It is becoming increasingly apparent to American citizens that government is no longer being conducted in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, or, within states, according to state constitutions. While people have recognized for more than 150 years that the rich and powerful often corrupt individual officials, or exert undue influence to get legislation passed that favors their interests, most Americans still cling to the naive belief that such corruption is exceptional, and that most of the institutions of society, the courts, the press, and law enforcement agencies, still largely comply with the Constitution and the law in important matters. They expect that these corrupting forces are disunited and in competition with one another, so that they tend to balance one another.

Mounting evidence makes it clear that the situation is far worse than most people think, that during the last several decades the U.S. Constitution has been effectively overthrown, and that it is now observed only as a façade to deceive and placate the masses. What has replaced it is what many call the Shadow Government – created with the illegal passing of the Act of 1871. It still, for the most part, operates in secret, because its control is not secure. The exposure of this regime and its operations must now become a primary duty of citizens who still believe in the Rule of Law and in the freedoms which this country is supposed to represent.

However, as evidenced by the documents below; we are no longer a corporation; the corporation has officially been dissolved for "a more perfect union" (Republic) and Joe isn't the president of that Republic!

Apparently, it got Richard, who is a life-long resident of D.C., thinking. He said in an earlier video that he had never seen that before. I think he is toying with us...I am betting he knows exactly what is going on!
