Law makes it legal for NY to sue gun manufacturers:

Tuesday, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the Public Nuisance Bill into law. It allows the state or cities to sue gun manufacturers.

The law was among of a host of other steps Governor Andrew Cuomo took on Tuesday aimed at addressing the growing number of shootings throughout the state.

The article went on to say:

“The only industry in the United States of America immune from lawsuits are the gun manufacturers, thanks the George W. Bush and the NRA,” said Governor Andrew Cuomo.

The immunity came in the form of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. It was signed into law in 2005.

Only industry immune from lawsuits?

That would be an out and out lie; and as an attorney who has been involved in politics for many years and did such a fantastic job with the COVID crisis (in his own mind), I find it hard to believe that Cuomo would actually believe that statement to be true...sounds like some more Cuomo b/s to explain away his governmental overreach.

The fact is that the pharmaceutical companies are also immune from lawsuits.

In December 2005, George W. Bush also signed the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act).

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act of 2005 (PREP Act) authorizes the secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to issue a declaration that provides immunity from tort liability for claims of loss caused by countermeasures (e.g., vaccines, drugs, products) against diseases or other threats of public health emergencies.

The PREP Act added new authorities under the Public Health Service Act to address concerns about potential liability associated with the development and administration of countermeasures.

Vaccine manufacturers lobbied for the legislation, which would effectively preempt state vaccine safety laws in the case of an emergency declaration by HHS, by making clear they would not produce new vaccines unless the legislation was enacted.


So, the fact is, we actually have an unelected person, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), who has the sole authority to give immunity from prosecution to any pharmaceutical company with the click of a pen.

In March 2020, Alex Azar, the former Secretary of Health and Human Services invoked the Act to cover the COVID plan-demic.

Declaration Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act for Medical Countermeasures Against COVID-19

"The Secretary is issuing this Declaration pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public Health Service Act to provide liability immunity for activities related to medical countermeasures against COVID-19."

The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary) to issue a Declaration to provide liability immunity to certain individuals and entities (Covered Persons) against any claim of loss caused by, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from the manufacture, distribution, administration, or use of medical countermeasures (Covered Countermeasures), except for claims involving “willful misconduct” as defined in the PREP Act. This Declaration is subject to amendment as circumstances warrant.

Immune to lawsuits

In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.

That means that for the next four years, these companies “cannot be sued for money damages in court” over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against Covid.

HHS declined CNBC’s request for an interview.

So now, the initial PREP Act of 2005 has been amended to specifically include COVID vaccines until 2024!

Based on Cuomo's logic, I guess we should blame the George W. Scherf (Bush) dynasty that initiated the PREP Act in 2005; the pharmaceutical companies; threats from manufacturers; and lobbyists' money as the reason for the immunity granted for an experimental vaccine that is associated with "real" deaths and reactions that are barely reported in the fake news media.

Another article, this one in the Conservative Brief, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo Unveils ‘Emergency’ Gun Plan says:

He said that “people are not coming back to this city — they are not coming back to any city — until they know it’s safe.”

Hiring more police officers could help the situation, but he made no mention of that.

He said he wants to treat gun violence like an “emergency public health issue” and is going to use “data and science” to focus on shooting “hotspots.”

“We also want to form a council on gun-violence prevention, that gets your minds at the table to develop a strategy and the laws that we need to make a difference,” the governor said.

“Everything is on the table. We all want the same thing, and that’s what we’re going to do,” he said.

According to Conservative Brief news, Cuomo then went into a "a rant aimed at Donald Trump for some reason, as if he is the cause of the Democrat run state being a hotbed for gun violence after decades of relative peace under Mayors Rudy Giuliani and Mike Bloomberg."

Playing the "blame game".  Actually, I don't believe it will be safe to return to New York until you are officially no longer Governor!

MORGAN; CIA; ROTHSCHILDs; the VATICAN; HRC/weapons trade; money laundering; creating weapons for climate change; the Suez/Evergreen ship; evidence on all U. S. Officials (Deep State Military Generals); and the Israeli Kazarian crime syndicate.

It turns out that defector Dong Jingwei has all the goods and was being vetted by DIA for months.

The FBI; CIA; Anthony Blinken; and Biden's DOJ had no idea Jong even defected here.

The fact that Dong defected and went into the custody of the DIA and not the CIA puts Dong under US military custody; that should be a bombshell everywhere. The fake news media should be all over this report...where are they?

While delivering remarks on Tuesday the governor claimed that “we wasted so much time and money in this nation fighting illegal immigration. Illegal immigration is not killing Americans. Illegal guns are killing Americans.”

Some donors sticking with Cuomo after harassment allegations

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Gov. Andrew Cuomo's political star was dimmed by allegations he sexually harassed women and misled the public about COVID-19 deaths in nursing homes. But will that hurt him with campaign donors?

At least some donors say they are sticking with him.

“Yes I am,” said Larry Rockefeller, the Republican nephew of former Gov. Nelson Rockefeller and great-grandson of Standard Oil founder John D. Rockefeller. He has donated nearly $166,000 to Cuomo since 2009. Rockefeller cited Cuomo's leadership during the pandemic, on the environment and on public works like the redevelopment of Penn Station, and LaGuardia Airport.

Only $166,000 to Cuomo...I bet if we go down the rabbit hole, we would find much more than $166,000.

How about if you knew that a scientist was working on a cure for cancer and it looked very promising, but he was stopped from further research?

Their final sentence will be dependent on the charges that are proven, but anyone who is involved with child trafficking will be put to death--no deals.

So a couple of days ago, I received a copy of a letter dated June 15, 2020 and signed by:

The letter begins:

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately affected the elderly, especially those living in nursing homes and other long·term care facilities. We write seeking infonnation at a granular level, about the science and information used to inform your decision to mandate nursing homes and long-tenn care facilities admit untested and contagious COV!D-19 patients from hospitals. This decision likely contributed to the thousands of elderly deaths in New York State.Thank you for your attention and prompt response to this important inquiry.

The letter continues with paragraph 2:

On March 13, 2020, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued guidance "For Infection Control and Prevention ofCoronavirus Disease 2019 (COVlD-19) in Nursing Homes."1 This guidance is a blueprint for individual states to fo11ow when determining how to best control outbreaks of COVJD-19 in nursing homes and long term care facilities. This guidance does not direct any nursing home to accept a COVID-19 positive patient, if they are unable to do so safely. In fact, it says "nursing homes should admit any individual that they would normally admit to their facility, including individuals from hospitals where a case of COYID-19 was/is present "only if the nursing home can follow Centers for Disease Control (CDC) quarantining guidance.'

A few days later on June 22, 2020, Breitbart, a conservative news media, posted an article:

Exclusive — Seema Verma: Cuomo, Other Democrat Governors’ Coronavirus Nursing Home Policies Contradicted Federal Guidance.

I looked, I didn't find any similar article(s) in the fake news media; actually, I believe they were giddy talking about Cuomo's single status and movie star appeal instead of his abysmal handling of the pandemic back then.

Anyway, Breitbart reported that Seema Verma, who is the administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), said that:

“I just want to make it very clear that our guidance was absolutely crystal clear,” Verma said in an exclusive interview late last week. “It was clear and unmistakable. Any insinuation to the contrary is woefully mistaken at best and dishonest at worst. We put out our guidance on March 13."

It would appear that what Ms. Verma says corresponds with the letters sent to Cuomo by the above Repreentatives. The fake news media, if they had done their job, should have reported the same thing...but they are all "in bed" with Cuomo...their asses will be on the line along with Cuomo's when the truth comes out.

On June 15, 2020, Rep. Steve Scalise sent out on his Twitter account:

Just sent letters to the Democrat governors of NY, NJ, CA, PA, and MI demanding they explain why they ignored protocols and forced COVID-19 patients into nursing homes.

The outcome was devastating.

Families who lost loved ones deserve answers. This tragedy was avoidable.

Representative Scalise actually attached a copy of the letter quoted above to his Twitter message of June 15, 2020. Any member of the fake news media could have taken a copy of that letter and used it to write an article on Cuomo's less than stellar job performance, but only Breitbart, a conservative news organization, chose to do so.

I am betting that there might be a majority of New Yorkers who think Cuomo completely failed our elderly, the most vulunerable among us.

Cuomo, who continues the Democrat mantra to try to push the cabal's agenda of "total control" and "depopulation". Cuomo doesn't give a whit about the people of New York State; his only concern is pushing the Democrat agenda to win, by any means, a fraudent election in an effort to gain total control of our country. which is probably why a protest was held outside of Cuomo's home on June 16, 2021:

As I reported a couple of days ago, a conservative British publication let everyone know about the FDA issuing a warning that the PCR tests were dangerous. There was not a word about the issue from the fake new media or politicians in the U.S. Keep in mind that the FDA is a United States entity!

What Falsie and his friends have done through "gain of function" research is to "weaponize" the "common cold" virus and then create an "experimental" vaccine; they then set out to convince the world's population it is safe to "take the jab". Recently Lin Wood was interviewed by Stew Peters regarding the 2020 November election.

Lin Wood, a well-known defamation lawyer and Patriot, has been working with several others to expose election fraud in the 2020 November election.

What caught my attention in this interview is that Lin is now stating that he feels there is the possibility of fraud in the down ballot races even in a state like Florida run by Republican favorite, Ron DeSantis.

Lin is of the opinion that there is a need to audit all down ballot elections in every state.

We know that there were problems with the Tenney v. Brindisi ballot counts that delayed the results for over two months.

Putting on my conspiracy theory hat, knowing what I know to be true, I can't help but wonder if NYS is not among the states that would see different results if a full audit was undertaken.

Little late, doctor...cat is out of the bag! Forget all the excuses now...the real reason for withholding information was...the New World Order; this was a plan-demic and never should have happened!

It is official. The United States Senate today announced:

The media is covering up the truth...Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Media, the World Health Organization and other traitors will be all held accountable.

We were being played...all so that the Democrats and RINOs could change election laws without approval of the legislature in several states because winning the 2020 election, even if it meant cheating, was more important than protecting the American people.

Cuomo is part of the cabal and I suspect he will be held accountable for his tyrannical executive orders plus any other crimes he is involved with.

Picente and Miscione never questioned the reasoning behind shuttering our businesses; pushing experimental vaccines that have been proven to be harmful to many [and perhaps there are more side affects yet to be detected from these "experimental" vaccines]; social distancing; closing our schools and the mandating of masks which studies have shown caused a significant increase in suicides in our young people.

All elected officials need to be held accountable; they seem to have lost their way! Perhaps it is time to show them the door!

Back at the ranch, Cuomo has been enjoying his sick tyrannical control of New Yorkers while leaving the taxpayers to fund the writing of his book and now we find out that the legal fees for his defense will be paid by taxpayers as well.

Again, I will ask, why have Miscione and Picente gone along with Cuomo's orders that are not even laws and really cannot be enforced? What is in it for them or are they just stooges with no backbone to stand up for the people they represent?

So what is in it for Cuomo [DEM] ; Picente [RINO]; and Miscione [DEM who changed to Republican Party to win an election] that is more dear than the welfare of those they were elected to serve and protect? Are they just spineless politicians?

I think, at the very least, they owe, we, the people, an apology for engaging in the usual "going-along-to-get-along" schtick!
