At about 14 minutes into the video, Gene starts talking about California arrest warrants, etc. Gene mentions indictments in California only; in total there have been over 200,000 sealed indictments worldwide that are starting to be unsealed.
Tribunals have been happening for some time now and sentences have been carried out and videotaped.
