Who is driving this COVID train?

The headline in today's Observer Dispatch reads:

"'We couldn't give it away': COVID vaccine supply surpasses demand in NY, counties say"

The article starts:

"Waning demand for COVID-19 vaccinations in New York has ignited desperate pleas from some local officials to have any adult walk in to vaccine clinics and get a shot."

"While just weeks ago vaccine supply shortages had New Yorkers crisscrossing the state looking for appointments, some county leaders now find themselves flush with thousands of doses in search of more arms."

Wow! The Observer Dispatch is just like CNN; using COVID-19 to try to get subscribers...how sad!

Desperate pleas to take a vaccine that is only experimental? Why are elected officials "desperate" to get their citizens to take an experimental vaccine particularly when the numbers don't support the fear they are spreading?

I have a few questions...who is behind the apparent hidden agenda; what is the agenda; and why?

Who is pressuring these politicians; what is in it for these politicians; and why are they following these orders?

Last week I wrote in my blog that Paul Miscione, Supervisor in the Town of New Hartford, is using the town's Facebook page to plead with people to get the vaccine. We already know that Miscione has no idea of, or regard for, the law and no one to turn to that is competent, so I will help out.

Apparently, Miscione is not alone...Picente said on Talk of the Town radio program last week that he would like to see mandatory vaccination for some people, but he can't because of union contracts, etc.

Wrong, Picente, actually, it is because of the Nuremberg Code!

"The Nuremberg Code is the ‘most complete and authoritative statement of the law of informed consent to human experimentation.’ It is also ‘part of international common law and may be applied, in both civil and criminal cases, by state, federal and municipal courts in the United States.”

"In 2009, the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in the Southern District of New York cited the Nuremberg Code as: “the universally accepted norm in customary international law regarding nonconsensual medical experimentation.”

"The case involved Pfizer which conducted an unapproved, trial of its experimental antibiotic, Trovan on children in Nigeria. The court found Pfizer guilty."

Here's some "insider" information...Common Law will soon become the law of the land, no kidding!

Bottom line, government has no legal right to mandate an experimental vaccine; they have no right to restrict your movement if you do not want the vaccine; and the vaccine is not due to be approved until possibly March 2023, if ever.

If I were Miscione and other politicians, I would look into the Nuremburg Code; I hear that a class action lawsuit is in the works in every country to hold accountable those who have openly pushed vaccinations upon an unsuspecting population to include doctors; nurses; politicians, etc.

I would be very careful of the language used regarding any "pleading" with people to take the vaccinations or restrictions placed on anyone if they choose to not take it..."I didn't know" won't be an acceptable excuse!

Everyone might be smarter to just get on the Trump train...
