At the July 15, 2021 Senate Appropriations Committee hearing, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) questioned Labor Secretary Marty Walsh about a $1.7 billion increase in his budget request and also about a letter a constituent allegedly received about the census which contained a $5 bill.
The Senator asks:
No spending of the $1.7 BILLION for a motorway from DC to Denver but an investment in worker (Critical Race Theory) education instead?

We need more people in government like Senator Kennedy...soon, very soon!
The response from the Labor Secretary is disgusting...one has to wonder if there really is a need for the $1.7 BILLION increase or if this is just another case of "money laundering"!!
