Some things change...

and some things never change.

I grew up in the 50s and 60s...guess, that makes me old, but young at heart! LOL

Anyway, we didn't have home computers back then; we also didn't have 24 hour cable news. We didn't have a lot, but we were happy.

Elvis was popular; I remember when the news broke in and told everyone he had died on August 16, 1977. I was working in the fabric section of Weston's which is now Hannaford's in the Kellogg Road Plaza. Elvis was scheduled to come to Utica for a concert on August 19, 1977.  As the news broke; we were all glued to the television that was situated on a shelf above the store merchandise hoping to hear that it was all a mistake.

Back in those days, we didn't know if our government was screwing us big time (they were; we just didn't know it!). We didn't have the ability to fact-check the town attorney who was in cahoots with the majority of the town board to do whatever they wanted instead of doing the right thing for the people who elected them to office. We didn't even know if elections were won honestly (they weren't).

Now with the invention of the computer and its wide-spread home use, we can just do a search and quickly confirm any suspicions that a observant person might want to make public on a blog.

Ah, but it appears it might be too late; those bastards have trained almost everyone outside of the D.C. swamp to be sheeple and as a result, those that suspect fraud and illegal activity among their government officials; those that are determined to speak out, are called names (right, Anonymous?):

Change is needed and it is coming because nothing can stop what is about to happen!

In the meantime, I thought I would share a video that takes me back a few years; I hope you enjoy!
